Power:
It's a little difficult to explain the powers from the series, so I'll do the best that I can. Olivie is the guardian of dreams; meaning that he has power over people's hopes, dreams and aspirations in a manner of speaking. Each of the guardians in his world plays an important role in cultivating the new planets and countries, as many aspects go into creating a stable environment. He can't use the power for himself, but it can be dispersed at the will of his Queen or the potential future queens. I suppose if he were able to keep it, it really wouldn't do him much good save for the fact that he might be able to use it mildly to inspire people to go out and pursue their dreams. It's not really a tangible sort of power, more of an emotional/mental state for anyone that would be impacted by it. His power settings are basically low and high, so in this case low would be perfectly fine if it's okay for him to keep it. The danger factor is zero; he doesn't influence people negatively, only in positive ways to better their lives!
Personality:
Outwardly Olivie seems to have a rather bubbly, loud and flamboyant personality when around most people and yet still strangely sophisitcated. This really is just at a first glance though, there's obviously more to him than that. He has a great passion for all things beautiful, even to the point of looking down on people that don't care for how they look or what they wear. He believes above all that people should take care of how they look and absolutely hates people who are 'too busy' to make sure they don't look like a mess. Aside from taking fashion and beauty seriously, he also feels that no matter how bad things seem a person should always take time out to relax and have a little fun. He doesn't just care about the way that other people look though, it's clear that he takes quite a bit of time preparing himself for the day as well. Fine fabrics, hair-dye, make-up, diets; these are all things that are part of his daily routine and aren't likely to change any time soon.
Since he's outgoing (and sometimes a little more outspoken than he should be), he does tend to have a harder time dealing with people that present themselves as horribly stoic and people that don't like to have fun. Olivie, good-spirited as he may seem, does sometimes like to have fun at others expense and sometimes even offers unsolicited advice (and makeovers, he's always on the lookout for suitable 'victims'). The advice he gives isn't always unwarranted, but sometimes he does speak out of turn; ultimately he doesn't mean to do any harm he really does just want to better people when extending his help to them. He had his own dreams taken from him when he was requested to be a guardian, so he really wants to nudge people in the right direction. He does like to tease people, especially when he's sure that he'll get a reaction out of someone; be it an irritated response or an adorable little fluster, he really does get great amusement out of it at times. He also doesn't have much concept for personal space, pinching on people's faces or putting his hands on them even if it's clear that he's being embarrassing. Usually he won't do it without cause, but of course when fashion or beauty is at stake when is there not a reason for it?
Of course, he does have his irritable moments, but who doesn't? He does occasionally take things other than looks seriously and doesn't really hesitate to let that show. He'll shoot dirty looks at people, click his tongue irritably but won't really raise much more of a fuss than that, at least not unless something really gets him fired up. Naturally, these moments aren't seen nearly as frequently as his more bubbly side, Olivie usually preferring to put on a carefree expression. No sense in being serious all the time, is there? He is also rather secretive about his past, preferring not to talk about where he came from or his family; even when he does open up about such things, he still manages to be quite vague about it all. He can be stubborn given the right conditions, but once he finally accepts change he tends to adapt rather well.
It's hard to pin down specific details for Olivie and his motives, since they aren't canonly given. It was said that when he was born it was on a cold planet and he had a dream to do something more even at a young age, so he left his home in favour of traveling to the main planet. What his dream started out is actually unknown, but it seems that he always had creative juices flowing through him. When he was working in the boutique, he had a very good eye for the products and excelled in customer service. After being scouted as a model he delved into designing his own work, his clothes becoming very popular eventually and becoming famous was naturally the next step. It can be concluded that fame and the chance to share his designs with others had become the final step in his dream, but he never got the chance to see how that was going to pan out due to being called as a guardian.
It's clear from the way that things went from there that he didn't seem to be interested in becoming a guardian, in fact, being called was probably something of a tragedy for him. So much so that for quite some time he kept refusing their requests, opting to continue on the way that he was going. Ultimately it took the the current dream guardian to convince him that it wasn't the disaster and career killer that he must have initially thought it was; he would still be able to keep his own dreams while sharing his power with other people in the world. That passion for beauty and freedom would still be able to be recognized through other people, so he agreed to be appointed as the dream guardian. It can be seen rather clearly that even though he agreed to become a guardian, his dream meant very much to him; so much that he left his family at a young age to pursue it to the fullest. It can also be assumed that he's not one to let go of things easily, seeing as it took him two years to finally accept his appointed position as a guardian. He is the type to want to see things through to the end, it seems, but realises that sometimes things get in the way and there will always be a chance to live your dreams through another form.
It is also worth mentioning that from the outside his looks may not synch up with his sexual preferences; despite the fact that he dresses in a rather feminine fashion and wears make-up, he's interested in women and not men. Also, feminine looking or not, he definitely can't be confused for a woman once he speaks! :)

"Zodion" First-Person Network Entry:
video;
[Well, well, well, this certainly was an interesting little contraption, wasn't it? Olivie had looked it over with great interest before finally testing it out, the first glimpse of him on the network would be a severe close up of his eye. It's a few moments before he pulls his communication device back so his whole face can be seen, but there it is a laugh and a wide smile as he finally speaks for the camera.]
Ah, it does work! [Now for a wave to what he is assuming is his audience.]
Hi! ♡
[It's clear enough that he's still in the Luminar, he hasn't really bothered to wander all that far yet.]
I suppose this is for communication, yes? That means someone out there can hear me, right? I've already read the letter, but something seems a little strange...
[There's a pause, that smile fading from his face to something of a wry smile.]
I've already been called for duty, can someone explain why I would be pulled away again? [And a sigh as he closes his eyes.] It's something of a pain really, the queen candidates have just been announced too, I feel as if I'm really going to missing something interesting.
[He's almost pouting before he clicks his tongue, shaking off that rather serious look with a quick shrug of his shoulders and a soft chuckle.]
But maybe this will be just as interesting, na? ♡
[There's nothing more after that, simply a wink and another brilliant smile before he shuts off the feed; after all, he still has some exploring to do, doesn't he?]
"Zodionlogs" Third-Person Prose Entry:
It felt as if he'd read the letter ages ago, yet he was still standing there with it clutched in his hand. It wasn't as if he hadn't been through this before, being pulled away from what he'd been doing at a moment's notice. At least, that's what it felt like the first time; this time it was quite a bit more literal, wasn't it? The tattoo should have been his first indication that something was wrong, it certainly wasn't something he would have picked for himself; but at least it was small enough to remain hidden for now. Finally with a heavy sigh he closed his eyes, folding the letter back up and tucking it securely into the folds of his clothes for safe-keeping. He idly picked up the communicator, staring at it for a moment before he spied the mirror and set the item right back down.
Comfort. Familiarity.
Those were the words that came to mind as he sauntered up to it, leaning in to push some of his hair out of his face and press at the spots beneath his eyes. No sense in worrying over all of it, right? It wasn't as if he was really in a position to do anything about it right now and after all, worrying caused wrinkles. There was a shudder as he leaned away from the mirror, reaching into his pockets pull out a small tube of lipstick. There was that slight smile as he opened it up, leaning forward to apply it with a pucker of his lips. Things weren't perfect, but when were they ever? It really was best just to go with it all, to see where things would take him. Lipstick secured again, he stood up straight and allowed a wider, more genuine smile play on his lips.
"Ah, there's the beautiful face I know." He murmured to himself, turning again toward the podium to pick up the communicator again. Now to figure this thing out, it was quite the contraption. This really was going to be an adventure, wasn't it?
